I have really bad habits. I’ve had one of them forever it feels like and I have had times in my life where it has been pretty easy not to, but it keeps coming back. I posted my nails with gel on to stop biting them – see the blog post here – in the second they was off I started biting again a little. I have been good! So now I’m putting on nail polish all the time to stop biting. So my bad habits:
- Number 1 is biting my nails. I so have to stop completely.
- Constantly itchy on my nose. So I scratch my nose all the time. And it is really annoying. I don’t know why but I really have no idea why I do it. It is a bad habit 😉 (and just did it again in the second I wrote this)
- Small pimples or just like small things on my face or my scalp – I can’t stop scratching it and it just looks like shit all the time when I get ugly spots etc or just small wounds. Bad habit. Need to stop it!
This is my guilty NOT pleasure and very bad habits! We all have them and this is mine.
